Who are Real Estate Support?

Real Estate Support is a company that started in 2019. We work with home sellers and home buyers that would like support during the stressful time of buying and selling property. For our Vendors we use our knowledge and expertise by helping select the very best agent for you. We also will ensure that you pay a fair commission rate and reasonable advertising fees. Our Buyers advocacy service is aimed at getting you the very best outcome possible without the stress that often comes with buying a house. 

Our business mantra is “Get somebody on your side” and we live by this. When you engage a Real Estate Support agent you get an experienced agent that is solely focused on your needs and desired outcomes.

Travis Day

Director, Vendor/Buyer Advocate, Melbourne Wide

Travis Day is the working business Director. He is an R.E.I.V member and fully Licensed Real Estate Agent. Before starting Real Estate Support from 2004 to 2019 Travis has been a multiple award-winning real estate agent as well as an owner/director of a real estate agency.

In 2019 Travis wanted a change and founded Real Estate Support after he decided that vendors and buyers alike were not always getting the honest and diligent advice that they needed to make life changing decisions.

Steph Bishop

Area Manager, Vendor/Buyer Advocate, Bayside & South East Melbourne

After previous careers in sales and teaching Steph started her real estate career in 2009. She soon became a highly rated agent due to her personable nature, her diligent work ethic and her highly rated negotiation skills.

Steph’s philosophy on any real estate transaction is to un-complicate the complicated and to remember that at the end of the day, buying or selling real estate should be an exciting and fulfilling experience.
 

You won’t find an agent that works harder or is more loyal to her clients than Steph is.

Area Manager, Vendor/Buyer Advocate, Frankston to Mornington Peninsula 

Ian is a fully licensed real estate agent and has been working in buyer and vendor advocacy since 2010. He prides himself on his superior negotiation skills.

 

As a long time buyer and vendor advocate Ian's band of loyal clients will tell you that not only has he saved them tens of thousands of dollars over the years but a lot of time and stress as well.

He is our Mornington/Peninsula Specialist where he knows the market and just as importantly, he knows the people.

Jacqueline

 Administration Manager

No business is complete without a strong administration manager and Jacqui is one of the best. Before turning to real estate Jacqui worked both in retail management and medical administration. It's these skills and her delightful nature that make Jacqui a pleasure to interact with.

Her job is to make sure the behind the scenes part of the business runs smoothly and with her “can do” attitude she is a valuable member of the Real Estate Support team.

Brett Day

After many years working in Personal and Business Lending with the major banks, in 2011 Brett invested in his knowledge and experience and started his own business.
